Shevchenko is responsible for giving Ukraine a chance going into the final group fixture, brilliantly bagging two goals against Sweden, and he will need to dig even deeper into his energy reserves in order to topple England.

France will be looking to win this game without too much trouble. However, it is easy to forget that it's Ukraine that currently top Group D. The co-hosts were more than delighted to have won their first game, but don't be fooled - expectation on Blokhin and his men is high, and they will want to win. Roy Hodgson will want his side to exert more control against Sweden after a defensive display against Les Bleus and Gerrard will be expecting to be involved more heavily in attacking sequences, but that will depend on the Liverpool talisman gaining a foothold in the centre of the park early on.
